The soon-to-be mom presses her chin to her chest, giving downward pressure onto the particular baby's head. The midwife can see tufts of the child's hair moving through the moving water. The delivery is so close.

The female has beads of sweat on her upper lip and forehead, but the lady shows no sign of quitting; she is determine to push this particular baby through her body plus out into the world. He opens his eyes, appears around and gurgle-y murmurs their hello.
