If wood is used in buildings for a long time, this leads to a reduction of the carbon dioxide content in the air. Thus, wooden buildings contribute to climate protection.

In addition to the effect of protecting the climate, the buildings of SEMODU are simultaneously cost-effective and resource-conserving. Depending on the type of building, up to 30% of the building costs can be saved and construction times can often be reduced to less than half.
