SEMODU develops buildings on a modular basis and manufactures the building modules in industrial serial production. This saves costs and reduces construction times. In addition, SEMODU has pioneering energy concepts that enable the storage of electricity in buildings as heat.

The production of the building modules, which are made to a high extent of construction timber building construction, takes place in partner companies in different countries. SEMODU is currently only involved in the European market, but will also be increasingly active in North America in the coming months and years.

This spring, a stock company was established to enable the company to generate the necessary capital for its international expansion.

SEMODU cooperates with partners from the fields of architecture, project development, industry, etc. and intends to start the production of perfect building modules.

SEMODU is working with wooden buildings to counter climate change. Wood stores large amounts of carbon dioxide and removes the climate-damaging gas from the atmosphere. If wood is used in buildings for a long time, this leads to a reduction of the carbon dioxide content in the air. Thus, wooden buildings contribute to climate protection.

In addition to the effect of protecting the climate, the buildings of SEMODU are simultaneously cost-effective and resource-conserving. Depending on the type of building, up to 30% of the building costs can be saved and construction times can often be reduced to less than half.

Modular buildings will have an increasingly large market share in the coming years. What are the reasons: Costs are reduced, quality is improved, construction time is shortened and resources are spared.

With the holistic concept for buildings, modular elements, energy concepts, digital solutions and affordable buildings, SEMODU is well prepared for the future.
